The SWG series hot friction drums are primarily designed for the cleaning of films and flakes made from materials such as PE, PP, PET, and PS. In this process, the materials are thoroughly washed with hot water while being agitated by a speed-adjustable shaft. To enhance the cleaning efficacy, detergent is introduced, allowing the materials to rub against one another. This action effectively dislodges and separates various impurities, including sand, grease, labels, and other contaminants that may be adhered to the surfaces of the materials.
